  1. Open Outlook and go to Home > More Apps > Add apps.
  2. Search for i:Que in the Office Add-ins store.
  3. Click Add to install the add-in.
  4. Restart Outlook to activate the add-in.

Q: Is my data secure?

A: Absolutely. i:Que complies with Microsoft’s security standards and GDPR.

Q: Why can't I add a note to an encrypted email?

A: Encrypted emails are not supported at this time.

Q: Why can't I add a note while sending an email?

A: Adding a note while sending an email is not supported. Notes can be added after the email has been sent via the Sent Items folder.

Q: What is an incomplete note?

A: An incomplete note occurs when adding the note to i:Que is interrupted. This can be caused by the Task Pane being closed while still saving or loss of internet connection, etc. Resolving an incomplete note will attempt to add the note again.

🧩Troubleshooting

Issue: Add-in is not showing.

Solution:

  • Double check that the Add-in is installed.
  • Close and reopen all instances of Outlook.
  • Make sure the currently selected item is an email to which notes could be added.
  • If the add-in is still not showing, please contact support.
Issue: Unable to log in despite providing valid i:Que credentials.

Solution: Contact your i:Que administrator to make sure you are authorized to use this Add-in.
